Jim Mooney 1919-2008

We've lost another one of the greats of the comics world, artist Jim Mooney.
Among the characters he graced with his pen were Supergirl, Tommy Tomorrow, Dial H for Hero, Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, the Moth, Man-Thing, Omega the Unknown, and one of my favorites, the Legion of Super-Heroes.
The man will be missed. Read more about the man and his career here and here in Marl Evanier's blog.
